You can order your repeat prescriptions by:
- Registering for the Patient Access Service. To register for this service please ask a member of staff at reception. You will be given your unique access ID and pin number. Once you have your unique access ID and pin number simply click here to register online.
- Patient Access also has an app that is accessible on any smartphone or tablet.
- Handing in a completed form at reception. You can either post it in the box in reception or through the letterbox if the surgery is closed.
- Fax it across using the number 01704 832488.
If you request it in person then please use the tear-off slip from your previous prescription to re-order. If you don't have the tear-off slip then your request can be handwritten on a piece of paper.
Please remember that it will take 48 working hours for your prescription to be ready for collection. We do not take into account Saturdays, Sundays, or Bank Holidays when processing repeat prescriptions. However, do not order your medications more than 7 days in advance.
Controlled Drugs are medications that require a signature. They can be collected from the surgery for at your nominated Pharmacy. This means that we are able to send them across to your chosen Pharmacy electronically to be collected. To collect such medication you will require some form of identification as the medication must be signed out for you. you, a friend or family member can sign out these prescriptions ensuring that the identification is provided in the name of the person signing the drug out.
we do not accept telephone requests for repeat medications.

In by 2pm Monday will be ready by 2pm Wednesday
In by 2pm Tuesday will be ready by 2pm Thursday
In by 2pm Wednesday will be ready by 2pm Friday
In by 2pm Thursday will be ready by 2pm Monday
In by 2pm Friday will be ready by 2pm Tuesday
Please order repeat prescriptions using the patient access codes that can be provided by the surgery.
