Due to unprecedented demand and reduced capacity, we may not be able to meet the usual high standard of access you have come to expect from The Village Surgery.


In order to help us manage our workload with maximum efficiency, if there are no telephone appointments left and you feel your problem is an emergency please contact 999 or NHS 111. If your problem is of a non-urgent nature please send in an e-consult / email or simply handwrite a note and leave at the practice reception. Please provide a mobile contact number so that we can respond.

Your message will be seen on the same day and we will endeavour to respond in a timely manner given the current staffing restraints.
